We currently ship to the U.S. addresses only, including the 48 contiguous states, Alaska, and Hawaii.
If your country or region is not listed above, please contact our support team. We will assist in confirming delivery availability, estimated transit times, and whether any additional shipping fees apply.
Please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, or other customs fees in accordance with local regulations. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully completed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience processing delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing the tracking number (usually activated within 24 hours).
  • Tracking information is typically updated within 48–72 hours after shipment.

5. Handling Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or lost packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact support@tesmert.com and provide your order number. We will assist you in communicating with the carrier.
  • Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. TESmert is not responsible for delivery failures or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

6.Taxes & Duties

For U.S. orders, additional import duties or taxes are generally not applicable. If any special circumstances arise, our customer support team will assist you in resolving them.
